• The same mobile number cannot be used for more than one account.
• If an email address is provided, it must be active.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

bk33's service is operated for users in Bangladesh. Creating an account or using the service from regions where online gaming is legally restricted is not permitted. Users are responsible for verifying this themselves.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The security of the user's account is entirely their own responsibility. Keeping the password confidential, not giving access to third parties, and keeping login details secure are each user's obligation. bk33 will never ask for a password or OTP by phone, email, or SMS.

• Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• All transactions and bets made from a user's account will be treated as that user's own activity.
• Placing bets using another person's account or funds is prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• If bonus misuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• Placing bets below the minimum required odds using bonus funds will be considered outside the bonus conditions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bk33 reserves the right to cancel any accepted bet due to technical issues, market changes, or any other reason. In the event of a cancellation, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

The odds applicable when placing a bet on any cricket, football, or other sports event are determined by the price displayed at that moment. For live betting, if odds change after bet confirmation, the confirmed odds are final. If a bet remains incomplete due to an internet connection failure, it will be considered void.

6.3 Casino Gaming

bk33's casino section offers slots, live casino, and various table games. Each game has its own rules, and it is always recommended to read them before starting. Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be influenced by any person or technology.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and applicable legal action will be taken:

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• Violating any part of these Terms.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Prolonged account inactivity (12 months or more).

8.2 User Rights

A user may request account closure at any time. Any verifiable remaining balance will be returned before closure; however, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonus funds will be forfeited.
